Date:	This is a self study course complete online where you can commence at anytime. After registering online you will have access to the online course straight away to get started.
Description:	Discover all the theories behind the Wellness Coaching model where Level 1 focuses on the foundational principles and fundamentals of coaching psychology. We’ll take you through: understanding coaching ethics, defining the three core coaching skills, the principles of building relationships, rapport and self-efficacy, use of the GROW model and an introduction to the Stages of Change model. Through completing Level 1, you will come away with a better understanding of how to incorporate coaching into your work and also have completed the foundation training for our professional Wellness Coach training pathway.
Duration:	Approximately 8 hours of study. From the time of enrolling, you have 8 weeks access to the online program to complete all lessons.
Course Delivery:	A series of video classes together with activities and worksheets to complete as you work through the sessions. All delivered via an online portal, giving you complete flexibility to complete the program in the time and space best for you.
